Please note the following before ordering:
Ensure that the connector of the old charger is the same as ours. If you receive a damaged item during shipping, do not use the damaged item to charge. Use the products within one year. Avoid using the charger for more than 12 hours per charge time. Charge the device in a well-ventilated environment. Do not cover the charger. Ensure that your hands and the plugs are dry.
There may be several reasons why the charger is not working after connecting to the power supply:

The voltage and current of the charger do not match your battery. You may have purchased a charger with the wrong parameters. Please provide us with the brand and model of your electric bike or the parameters and plug of the original charger.

Due to the limited life of the lithium battery, the charger will not work if the battery is damaged. Your battery may be damaged if it has not been used for more than 12 months or 2-3 months.

If the green light comes on when the power is turned on, but the LED light does not turn red after the battery is connected, the connector may be loose and in poor contact. Try re-inserting the plug to maintain good contact.
Charger Specifications: Output voltage: 42V 2A, 0.31inch/8mm Inline Connector. Input voltage: AC100-240V, 50/60Hz. Charging battery type: 36V Li-ion Battery.
Please note that this charger does not fit Razor scooters or dirt bikes, and it is not suitable for Lead Acid batteries. It is also not compatible with 24V, 25.2V, or 29.4V batteries.
Indicator: The indicator lights display the charge status. A red light indicates that the device is charging, and a green light indicates that the charge is complete.
The 3-prong connector is labeled as follows: "1" means "+", "2" means "-", and "3" means ground.
Protection: This charger features short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection, and many other advanced safety features to give you peace of mind when using it.
Warranty: This charger comes with a 12-month warranty. If you receive a defective item, please do not use it. Instead, message us, and we will be happy to either send you a new one or provide a full refund.
